Traditional Pontian Jewel Egkolpion or "Kolpios" 

A very beautiful silver jewel in a square shape that has engraved Saint George. It has a long chain and at the end 3 silver pendant designs.


According to tradition, it functioned as a case where inside it was placed pure wood from the Holy Land (hatziliki) or gunpowder or some other good luck charm.
