Traditional Pontian Jewel Egkolpion or "Kolpios" 

A very beautiful silver jewelry in a rectangular shape. It has carved designs with flowers, a long chain and at the end of it, 6 silver coins caught in pairs.


According to tradition, it functioned as a case where inside it was placed pure wood from the Holy Land (Hatziliki) or gunpowder or some other good luck charm.
